When will I receive my order?

Fast Shipping Processing Time

After placing your order, please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing. Once your order has been shipped, it will be delivered within 5-9 including working days.

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-3 businessย days (Monday -Friday).ย The transit timeย is approximately 7 - 14 business days, but can be longer depending on the carrier.

Why My order is not complete?

Since we have different storage locations and work with different suppliers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time. However, if you still haven't received your package after 30 business days after ordering, then we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours.

For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email toย carezone247@gmail.com
After this time your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.

The item I received is broken/defective?

Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, it is possible that your package arrives damaged. In this case or in the case of a design defect please contact us at carezone247@gmail.com with the following details

The description of the problem (wrong item / defective, ...)
A picture or a video

You will not need to send the product back and we will refund you directly the amount of your order in the form of a voucher (if you want another form of refund, please specify it).

Is my information secure?

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misappropriated, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed in an inappropriate manner.
If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted through the use of the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 encryption. Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you donโ€™t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on โ€œLogin/Registerโ€ followed by โ€˜Create An Accountโ€™ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

You will be able to place the coupon code when you are at checkout page.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in โ€œMy Accountโ€ if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone elseโ€™s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as โ€œTemporarily Unavailableโ€.
